How it works
RESERVE YOUR UNIT NOW
Fill out our reservation form while units are still available. A SmartGuard associate will follow up to collect your deposit (equal to your first month's rent) and keep you updated leading up to our Q1 2026 opening.
FINALIZE YOUR LEASE
Once the facility opens, our team will send you a simple, formal lease agreement for signature and an onboarding email with everything you need to access your unit.
